Good day to you all. Had a pleasant practice today, working on new stuff, and getting on with it all. Have a slight sore throat today which is a pain, and I'm taking care because the radio thing is tomorrow. Tonight I'm off to Arnaud's for dinner with the band and Dan.

Two pieces of good news. The first is that I won my first writing prize with a competition I entered a few months ago. Katie gave me the address and I sent it in. The website is here:
