We went to a typical Modenese restaurant the other day that Bastian pointed out. It was good. They did loads of tigellas (little bun things you stuff with parma ham and lard and parmesan), pasta, pudding et al. Excellent. Thanks Bastian. We thought of you. And then ate some more.
