If you read this, then you´ll probably be freaked out that I have written something on the blog. Understandable really, given that the last post was in May.

Since then I have graduated with a 2:1 in French and Italian, and I am now following a CELTA course in Barcelona. The course is intensive, but is definitely giving me the skills to go on and teach English in the future. A handy string to the bow.

Hope you are well, and get in touch by email.

Glad to hear time in Barca is going well, and productively. I, on the other hand, am pissing my time up the wall because I'm trapped in the hospital basement and I spend 97% of my time surfing irrelevances on the internet. For example, when people use the term cf., it means confer, which as you know is Latin for compare. Ha ha. I fear that the fact that this excites me to frenzy is a sign that the basement is driving me to the verge of laughing at old repeats of "friends."

Yours in feckless lassitude,

Rob
